• For call & video sessions I will attempt to contact you 3 times within 15-20 minutes should you not respond or pick up initially. I will display a number. You are welcome to contact me back after that within your remaining allocated time slot ONLY.

You are responsible for ensuring you are available for the time you booked. If you miss your time slot for a virtual option, you will forfeit your payment. You can rebook another session with a new payment. If you are late for a session you will only have the remaining time left for the session so please be on time.
