• In meeting with me you acknowledge and agree to all information provided on the below statements.
• If you turn up and do not meet my standards regarding hygiene then some aspects of play may not go ahead.

 

Consent

I am enquiring about a session voluntarily and at my own risk I am participating in a session. Activities may include and are generally known as domination, and sado-masochism. I understand that all activities within the Session will be conducted by mutual consent between the participant and  "Lady Vixen". This may include verbal abuse, pain, discomfort and alike. 

I agree I will decide what activities I wish to participate in during the Session.

I agree to communicate these decisions clearly to "Lady Vixen" before the start of the Session.

I agree where practical to use an appropriate safe word or other signal or verbal communication to request an activity stop. I understand that upon signalling or verbalising this the session will stop immediately. 

I will straight away alert "Lady Vixen" if I am experiencing any unwell feeling.

I consent that should I cause any damage to property whether due to negligence or un planned involuntary action I will be liable to cover any cleaning costs or replacement of items. 

If participants in the Session offer any reason for not joining in particular activities, discomfort levels or outcomes then I will adhere to their recommendations and decision, and in good faith we will seek to agree other activities we can jointly participate in. I understand that I can withdraw my consent or discontinue participation in any aspect of the Session at any time without prejudice toward me or penalty beyond fees or tribute for the Session.

 

Statement of Liability

I understand that any activities undertaken within the Session are voluntary and at my own risk. I agree to completely indemnify "Miss Vixen" from any claims of liability for any injury, death, property loss or damage, or attorney’s fees and costs, and to reimburse them for any such claims. 

 

By booking a session with "Lady Vixen" i acknowledge and confirm that I have read the above statements and am voluntarily willing to proceed based on the above terms.
